If this dog has been classified as a PET by seller/breeder, it does not qualify as a show prospect/ show quality dog at this time of sale, meaning this puppy has a conformational defect that would disqualify it from the show ring or breeding this puppy would not be in the best interest of the breed. Therefore, the dog will be neutered/ spayed before the time it is 6 months old. After the dog has been altered, you MUST show proof to the seller.
If said dog has been classified as a show prospect/show quality dog, there is no guarantee the dog will become a champion of record, but with proper care and training on the part of the buyer and/or handler, this dog should be a reasonable contender and do well in the show ring.
If a show quality female puppy is purchased and the buyer agrees to show her, she cannot be bred before the age of 2 years and more than 4 times in her lifetime.
Seller/breeder guarantees this is a purebred American Pit Bull Terrier and/or American Staffordshire Terrier, offspring of the previously mentioned sire and dam.
BUYER certifies that he/she is not acting as an agent for another individual in the purchase of this dog, and will not sell this dog to any mass-producing kennel (puppy mill) or business.
The purchaser promises to keep the dog in a proper manner. It shall not be permanently in a kennel. If problems arise concerning keeping or training, or if the dog becomes seriously ill, the buyer agrees to consult the breeder. If it should prove necessary for the dog to change hands, the breeder has first right to seize the dog under these conditions without further questions, whether it be through purchase or seizure without reimbursement. This puppy has been bred by us and has been carefully and painstakingly reared. The parent animals were mated with the aim of breeding good quality and healthy puppies. Seller quarantines this dog to be free of communicable diseases as appears to the eye at time of sale. The parent animals are free of genetic diseases that may be passed on to other generations to the best of the breeders and breeders' veterinarian's knowledge. The parent dogs have been fully examined with proper testing done before the time of breeding to ensure optimum health of the puppies. These genetic diseases include, but are not limited to, hip dysplasia, demodectic mange, luxated patellas, heart defects, etc.
At the expense of the buyer, this dog should be examined by a veterinarian within 48 hours of possession to validate Health Guarantee (If purchased on Saturday, this requirement is extended to the following Monday) Should this dog be found in ill health, the cause of which is clearly attribute to the breeder, this dog may, (unless other arrangements were discussed between buyer/seller as mentioned above) be returned to seller for refund of purchase price or for another dog of equal value, the choice to be determined by seller.
This dog has been micro chipped and breeder has been listed as secondary contact in case dog is lost or stolen. If dog is found in bad condition, either physically or environmentally, the breeder is to be contacted and dog will be seized by breeder if it is due to improper care of buyer.

Eternity Kennels will not adopt a dog out if it is aggressive to humans in any,shape,or form. However, this dog/puppy may require diligent training and socialization on the adopter's part to ensure a good relationship will remain between adopter and dog/puppy.
To the best of the breeder's/seller's knowledge, this dog/puppy has not been used for any illegal activities or practices that may have altered the dog's temperament.
If this dog/puppy is found being kept in unsafe or poor environment, the breeder/seller has every right to seize dog/puppy without further questions.
